Fast delivery

Fast delivery within 3 hours ( Available in Bangkok from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. *Only participating items)

FIRSTER offers a 3-hour express home delivery service provided by Grab Express. You will receive your order within 3 hours after your order is confirmed. You can check the order status from the menu “My order” By logging in through the FIRSTER application or website.

Service period
– Orders confirmed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM will receive the product within 3 hours.
– Orders confirmed after 18:00 will receive the product the next day.
– Orders confirmed between 00:00-8:59 will be dispatched after 09:00 on the same day.

Service charge
– Free shipping when spending 4,000 baht or more
– If the order amount is less than 4,000 baht, there will be an express delivery fee of 300 baht.

– Bangkok only

Participating products
– Customers can check the participating products on the product details page which will appear Fast delivery information under the product description, the shipping heading.

Products that do not participate in the fast delivery service
– Products with parcel size larger than 25x35x30 cm.
– Order items with a total weight of more than 15 kg / 1 order item
– Orders with more than 8 items including free gifts

Shipping Status Tracking
– After successfully placing an order, the status of the order will be displayed as CONFIRMED.
– When the product is packed and ready for delivery, the status will change to PREPARED.
– When the shipment comes in, the order status will change to SHIPPED.
– And when the customer receives the product, the order status will change to RECEIVED.
You can check the order status from the menu “My order” by logging in through the application or the FIRSTER website.

Other terms of fast delivery service
– The company reserves the right for participating products only.
– Delivery may be delayed in bad weather, including other abnormal events.
– The product must not exceed the size of 25x35x30 cm.
– The company reserves the right to change without prior notice.

Do you ship products overseas?

FIRSTER’s shipping service is available in Thailand only.

Can you change your shipping address?

Shipping address is incorrigible if your purchased order is now in process of “delivering”.

*Add a new address at “Checkout” page by click “Edit” before completeing your purchase. Please contact Customer Service via [email protected] or 02-677-8799 on Mondays to Fridays: 09.00 AM – 06.00 PM (Except Saturdays-Sundays and Holidays) in case your payment is completed and your shipping address is incorrect. The delivery period is extendable to 1-2 days from specified date. Conditions are in accordance with FIRSTER only.

How to edit wrong phone numbers?

Please contact Customer Service via [email protected] or 02-677-8799 on Mondays to Fridays: 09.00 AM – 06.00 PM (Except Saturdays-Sundays and Holidays) in case your phone number is incorrect after your order is completed. Conditions are in accordance with FIRSTER only.

What perimeter provinces are available?

Perimeter areas include Pathum Thani, Nontaburi, and Samut Prakan.

What remote area provinces are available?

– Some areas of Chon buri, Trad, Chiang Mai, Lam Phon, Nan, Phayao, Chiang Rai, Maehongsorn, Tak, Phetchaboon, Kanchana buri, Krabii, Phang nga, Phuket, Surat Thani, Ranong, Songkra
– All areas of Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani

What should you do when a product arrives?

In case of the received item is incomplete, doesn’t correspond with your actual order, is damaged, or not in a perfect condition are caused by the shipping process or the manufacturing errors, please contact our customer service at [email protected] or call 02-677-8799 within 24 hours after you’ve received the product. * See more Exchange/Return Conditions here.

  • Enjoy free of charge on all orders
  • Order is available for collecting at the branch displayed on product page.
  • Approximately 2 hours of package preparation.
  • Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be ready for pickup at Click & Collect point the same day; orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be ready for pickup at Click & Collect point the very next day.

What is in-store pickup?

FIRSTER offers another convenient alternative to enhance your shopping experiences. You can make an online-purchase anywhere, anytime, and collect your item(s) at your preferred stores. Free of charge and no minimum order amount required.

Is there a surplus charge for in-store pickup?

Enjoy no surplus charge on all orders.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Once order status appears ready for pickup, please show proof of order status on mobile application, Email, or SMS to staff at your selected Click & Collect store.

Can someone else pick up my order?

You can assign other people to pick up the product by presenting an order number from Email or My Order.
