How to register account via website on computer?

You’ll need to register before you can place an order with FIRSTER.

  1. Click the sign on the white bar on the top of website.
  2. Click REGISTER button.
  3. Complete your information and click REGISTER button.
  4. Your account has been successfully created!
How to register account via website on mobile and application?

How to register member?

Option 1

  1. After you create account. Then complete your information and click accept our term and condition
  2. Click JOIN MEMBER.
  3. You have successfully become our member.

Option 2

  1. Click the sign on the black bar of an application.
  2. Click JOIN NOW button
  3. Complete your information and click accept our term and condition
  4. Click JOIN MEMBER.
  5. You have successfully become our member.
How to change my password via website?
  1. Click the sign on the black bar of a website.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Select MY ACCOUNT, then select EDIT PROFILE
  4. Click CHANGE PASSWORD
  5. Enter your current password, new password and confirm password
  6. Click SAVE button
How to change my password via application?
  1. Click the sign on the black bar of an application.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Select MY ACCOUNT, then select EDIT PROFILE
  4. Click CHANGE PASSWORD
  5. Enter your current password, new password and confirm password

How do I reset my password?

If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.

How to change my phone number?

For your data security, phone number isn’t allowed to change. Please contact Customer Service via [email protected] or 02-677-8799 on Mondays to Fridays: 09.00 AM – 06.00 PM (Except Saturdays-Sundays and Holidays)

How to update my account profile?

For your data security, you will only be allowed to change gender.

I accidentally create two accounts. May I combine them?

FIRSTER can not merge data from both accounts. We suggest choosing only one to receive full benefits.

Can I use my account with every FIRSTER family brand if I register it through the FIRSTER family brand?

You can create a member or account on any channel. The account can be used for FIRSTER LIFESTYLE, FIRSTER BEAUTY and the stores.

How to get FIRSTER POINT?

Every 25 baht of purchase receive 1 FIRSTER POINT.

*The remaining purchase amount cannot be calculated with your next purchase.

Can I get point for purchases I made before I joined member?

Sorry for your inconvenience. You will not get point from any order made before joining a member.

What happens to my points when I return items or cancel an order?

The company reserves the right to recall the FIRSTER POINT in case of canceled order. This under the terms and conditions set of the company.

Will my FIRSTER POINT expire?

FIRSTER POINT expires two years after your purchased date. The expired points will be automatically cut off.

When will I get FIRSTER POINT in my account?

The FIRSTER POINT will straight to your account within 24 hours. You can redeem the FIRSTER POINT after your order status is changed to completed (delivered).

I didn’t receive my FIRSTER POINT. What should I do?

Please contact Customer Service to check your point activity. Contact Us.

Membership Registration

• Registration for FIRSTER membership is available at www.firster.com or at service stations in each FIRSTER store. All information requested by the company is required to be provided completely. In case of query, please contact our FIRSTER Contact Centre tel. 02-677-8799 (press 1), available to dial from 9.00 a.m.- 6.00 p.m. every day, or email to [email protected].
• King Power Click.co., Ltd (“the Company”) reserves the right to approve all registration and collect personal data to offer a full service. Any changes to information given upon registration must be informed along with submitting proof of change to the FIRSTER Contact Centre or [email protected].

Membership Rules & Regulations

• Points, cards, and benefits from membership are not for sale and non-transferable.
• FIRSTER members are eligible to enjoy more discounts, points, and other privileges at any FIRSTER stores and on online platform according to company policies. For further details , please query store assistants or contact FIRSTER Contact Centre.
• Membership points will expire within 2 years after receiving the products.
• Benefits may be offered to each member differently depending on their purchase history and the company’s marketing policy.
• Regarding the return of a previously purchased product, members accept and consent to return points, gifts, or cash that is equivalent to the gift’s price.
• Any arguments regarding the membership, the company’s decision shall be deemed final.
• Please contact the FIRSTER Contact Centre should you require your membership to be suspended. The company reserves the right to not be responsible for any cases prior to the withheld date and time.
• The proprietary rights to membership and membership cards are solely reserved for the company. Any amendment, addition to benefits conditions, and/or membership cancellation shall be performed without prior notice.
