Returns Policy

1. FIRSTER is pleased to accept returns within 7 days from the date the item is received, subject to the product conditions and conditions set by the company.

2. In case that the item needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer or brand, the conditions and return period will be according to the policy determined by the manufacturer or brand.
– Electronic and gadget products, including memory cards or any used electronic and gadget products
– Products distributed and delivered by the manufacturer or brand with a warranty service. The warranty conditions and operations will be according to the manufacturer or brand and are specified on the website, product, and warranty card.

3. In the case of returning products purchased through online channels or from the Siam Square and King Power Mahanakhon branches to FIRSTER, if the products are distributed by the manufacturing company or the brand owner, they will inspect the products to decide whether to accept the return according to the specified conditions. The duration for this review, including notifying the outcome, will not exceed 30 days from the date the product is received back.

4. In case that you return some products in a purchase order that has a discount, you may not get that discount or may have to pay additional costs. This depends on the discount terms and conditions.

5. The company reserves the right not to take responsibility for the costs of returning products and other service fees in all cases.

If you are purchasing FIRSTER products through our website, application, or store at Siam Square and King Power Mahanakhon branches, you can contact us through any of our service channels for the FIRSTER product return. Nevertheless, the company reserves the right to consider the product exchange or return according to conditions specified by the corporation.

In the case of product returns through a store branch, the following conditions apply:
1. In cases where the product is damaged due to the company’s or manufacturer’s fault, or during transportation, you can return the product directly to the store branch. You will either receive a new product or a refund, under the conditions set by the company and at the discretion of the store staff. *In the case of exchanging a product, you can exchange it for an item of equivalent or lesser value than the original product.
2.If the product does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return it yourself to the store branch. After the store staff’s review and approval of the product return under the conditions set by the company and the brand, you can then choose to purchase a new item as usual. However, the price of the product may change depending on the promotional policies at that time of each branch, and there may be additional costs depending on the case.

In the case of product returns via online channels, the following conditions apply:
1. In cases where the product is damaged due to the manufacturer’s fault or issues during transportation, the company will coordinate the return of the product for further action. You will either receive a new product or a refund, depending on the case-by-case evaluation.
2.In the event where the product does not meet your expectations, the product is required to be returned personally. Once the company warehouse has inspected and approved the return of the product according to the specified terms and conditions, the company will then proceed with the refund process.

Remarks:
Changes in product prices are subject to the sales promotion policies set by the company and the manufacturer’s brand. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Conditions for replace/return of products

Product and package shall be comply to the company’s terms and conditions.
As evidence for consideration, please attach a video clip of you opening the package to reveal the product inside. The company reserves the right not to accept an exchange/return of the product if there is no evidence provided.

Reasons for Returns Product and package remains in its perfect condition and is ready to sell
(product is covered in a plastic/a sticker has no tear or any opening mark)
Product is in new condition
(unused)
Everything must be returned in a complete condition
(such as accessories, free gift, manual, warranty card, and packaging)
Label is in a perfect condition
(no cut, pull or peel mark)
Product package/delivery box is damaged
The product received is incorrect or different from the website
Defects and damages of product/device caused by the manufacturer, not from a wrong usage.
In this case, the returned product shall be in perfect condition. No part with tears except a cap or where the package is opened.
Product with incorrect size. For example, shoes and apparels (except product in categories with no exchange/return policy)
The product received is incomplete
The product does not meet your requirements or does not comply to your expectation (except product in categories with no exchange/return policy)

1. Damages on packaging
– Packaging has signs of damage or not in perfect condition.
– Packaging remain closed.
– Product remain new or unused.
– No missing products, accessories, gifts with purchase or warranty card.
– Brand or FIRSTER price tag is not being removed.

2. Received wrong / unmatched products as displayed on the website
– The packaging (e.g. plastic wrap or seal stickers) must not be carved, cut, opened, or show signs of imperfection.
– No damages on packaging.
– Products, accessories, gifts with purchase or warranty card must not be cut, opened, texted, or have any traces of imperfection.
– FIRSTER or brand price tags must not be unpacked, cut or cause to fall off the product.

3. Damages/ malfunctions on product without being caused by misuse
– No missing packaging, products, accessories or gifts with purchase.
– Brand or FIRSTER price tag is not being removed.

4. Received wrong size product e.g. fashion goods (Except products that are in the non-return category)
– Product remain new. Have not been cleaned or used.
– No damages on packaging
– No missing products, accessories, gifts with purchase or warranty card.
– FIRSTER or brand price tags must not be unpacked, cut or cause to fall off the product.

5. Missing product contents
– No missing packaging, products, accessories, gifts with purchase or warranty card.
– Brand or FIRSTER price tag is not being removed.

6. Change of mind (Except products that are in the non-return category)
– The packaging (e.g. plastic wrap or seal stickers) must not be carved, cut, opened, or show signs of imperfection.
– Products, packaging, accessories and warranty card are in good condition.
– Product remain new or unused.
– No damages on packaging
– Products, accessories, gifts with purchase and warranty card must be fully returned in perfect condition.
– FIRSTER or brand price tags must not be unpacked, cut or cause to fall off the product.
– Electronics products such as mobile phone, tablet or other gadget are unable to return if the packaging is already opened.

Product Category: Electronics & Gadgets
1. The company reserves the right to accept product claims in this category only in cases where the product’s damages or defects, making it unusable, are caused by manufacturing errors or transportation issues.
(In the event that the product is damaged due to an accident or improper use by the user, the company reserves the right not to accept an exchange or return in all cases.)
2. Issues related to the product and its usage must be reported and inspected by the brand or manufacturer for consideration of a product exchange or claim according to the specified conditions.
– In the event that the product has a problem within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can contact the FIRSTER to inform the product exchange or return. This process has to be considered and approved according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturing company or brand only.
– In the event that the product has a problem after 7 days from the date of receipt, you can directly contact the manufacturing company or brand to request for the product exchange or return.
– The manufacturing company or brand will take time to inspect and notify the results within 15 days from the date of return.
3. All cases of product exchange or return have to be considered and approved solely by the manufacturing company or brand.

Steps required for change, return, or claim product

FIRSTER apologize for any inconvenience that occurred. Please be informed that the following conditions for change, return, or claim are as below:

Non-returnable and non-refundable products

All Categories :

– 7 days after product purchased or a period that is specified by the manufacturer.
– Product with a warranty under the manufacturer. Please contact to the manufacturer directly.
– Product with no product number or the code is taken off.
– Product with a special condition that is specified by the manufacturer. Returns/Refunds policy is invalid at all cases.
– Product with defects or damages caused by customer’s inappropriate packaging during returning step.

Electrical Appliances :

The product with a warranty from the brand, memory cards or any used electronics products.

Entertainment media, Games and Musics :

Journals, Newspapers, Magazines and Books, DVD, VCD, Video games, E-Books, E-Magazines, E-Coupons, Coupon Fashion

– In case of an unintentional of placing an order with wrong color/model/type/etc.
– In case of self-maintenance or self-adaptation.
– In case of price variation that might occur in the future, includes gift vouchers.
– In case of your need for additional discount or forget to apply codes/coupons.
– In case that you have changed your mind.
– In case that you make a wholesale purchase or you are a distributor.
– In case that you make an incorrect and false transaction, whether it’s made by yourself or the automatic machine.

Refund
Refunds Policy

The company informs refunds policy as an agreement and to create an understanding about this website service as follows :
– In case of product is invalid for delivery, the company will refund the money to customer.

A period for refund process :
– Payment via “Credit/Debit card”. A refund process will be notified to the bank and the policy is vary for each bank. Normally, the cardholder will receive money in the next billing, approximately 30-45 business days for credit card and debit card (after receive a confirmation from Customer Service).
– Payment via “PromptPay”. The company will process the refund transfer within 21 business days
from the date that customer receives a confirmation from Customer service.
For the money transfer, Please submit the following documents:
1. The customer’s bank account certifying true copy
2. A copy of the identification card certifying true copy

– (Coming soon) Refunds for installment payments, after receiving confirmation of the refund from the customer service department, will be processed by coordinating with the card-issuing bank. The processing time, which typically ranges from 30 to 45 business days, ensures that you will receive the refund in the next billing cycle. The refund processing time may vary depending on the policies of each individual bank.

In case of system error :
– The company reserves the right to refund with an overtime limit if there’s an uncertain situation.
– The company reserves the right to change the conditions without any further notice.

FIRSTER POINT Return Policy

– FIRSTER POINT has been redeemed in a refund order, the company will return FIRSTER POINT into your FIRSTER account after the product has been returned or your order is canceled.
– All FIRSTER POINT you get from your previous refunded order will be automatically reclaim from your FIRSTER account. In case your FIRSTER POINT are inadequate, The company will reclaim from the next order until the total amount is reached.

FIRSTER POINT Return Policy

– FIRSTER POINT has been redeemed in a refund order, the company will return FIRSTER POINT into your FIRSTER account after the product has been returned or your order is canceled.
– All FIRSTER POINT you get from your previous refunded order will be automatically reclaim from your FIRSTER account. In case your FIRSTER POINT are inadequate, the company reserve the right to require you to pay for that cost.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

In the case of replacement in 100% perfect condition, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, according to the return conditions set by FIRSTER and subject to the above terms and conditions.

How can I return the product if I purchase the product online?

You can contact both at branches and online channels, according to the return conditions set by FIRSTER and subject to the above terms and conditions.

Can I try the product before ordering if I purchase online?
